Elise’s workshops and events are designed to deepen your practice, as well as the potential to giving back. She has lead over 300 people through teacher trainings through Yoga Tree and Deva Yoga. Using playful exploration in vinyasa rhythms, Kalarippayattu influences, and her originations in dance, these workshops will open you up to your own (dormant) creative expression through your yoga practice and beyond.
